  Went in on the 28 of december for a full head of highlights explained to them exactly what I wanted agreed on the price. Three hours later and 200 dollars out of my pocket left feeling completely dissatisfied and no different than when I walked in still had my roots and grey showing. Not happy but was leaving for my holidays the next day. Will never recommend or shop there again and will discourage anyone who is thinking about using their services.

  So today I got my hair cut by Allie... after a fallout with my last stylist I was hesitant to try another place and my hair was super long so i was nervous to have someone I didn't know chop it off. But she did amazing! I'm super picky and always find something to pick out that I hate and I have surprisingly zero complaints for once.. plus she's super chill and it was super easy to have a convo with her.. I'll be in in a few weeks for her to hilight my hair. Thanks girl (:

  Worst place to get your hair done at. I would not trust this salon if I were you. I went in to get a natural balyage done. My hair is long, like to my hip long and Virgin on top of that. I trusted the salon because they had good reviews at there other locations. But I guess not here. I had someone work on my hair and then half way through, the lady passed me on to Allie, which is the store manager. Allie did not know what she was doing. She left the bleach in my hair for almost AN HOUR. After rinsing my hair, it was straw. My natural hair was destroyed to the point where I would touch it and it would break. And to top it off, they didn't want to dye my hair after.. Eventually they used toner on my hair to fill that void but my hair did not pick up the toner at all. I had blonde streaks in my hair which I did not want. I wanted natural balyage but a light brown. After she was "done" I looked at it and screamed. I had choppy ombre done. AND IT WAS ORANGE. Before they even started I told them I did not want orange in my hair, I wanted a light brown colour because I know orange doesn't look good on me. They said they could not do anything to my hair after because they had already bleached it and toned it. In the end, I did not get anything from them. I will not be returning but I need people to be aware that they will not do what you want them to do and do not trust them with your Virgin and long hair.
