  Great Service... great work. I have had the ocaasion to have Gord and his team work on vehicles for us a few times now as we have 2 teenage daughters with bad luck. The vehicles were restored perfectly, you could not even tell where they had even touched them. The staff are very friendly, and go out of their way to assist you and help you through the process. Would definitely recommend them!

  Excellent body work particularly on your older vehicle. You do have to wait though they have a line up of people all the time.

  Absolutely horrible customer service. Take your business somewhere else where they respect and value their customers, not just the almighty dollar like Don Butt Auto Body Inc.

  I spoke with the owner, Gord Hodson - the owner, who told me, and I quote, "suck it up" he's busy and things get dropped. He then proceeded to blame the summer heat and the loss of one of his CSRs as the reason. No offer to find a solution -- his next available appointment slot was another 2 weeks away.

  I booked a repair 2 weeks in advance. I call the Friday before dropping the vehicle off to confirm what time is best -- they have no record of the repair.

  This is someone who runs a business? If they can't get reservations right, don't work to find a solution then tell you to "suck it up" because they're busy, how can you possibly trust the quality of the work?? The owner blames the weather and people leaving. I don't trust people who can't take ownership of their errors. Apparently customers mean nothing to Don Butt Auto Body Inc. It is all about the money to them.
